Remind Your Clients of Important Pre-Cruise Requirements
|
Understanding and following our pre-cruise protocols and required forms to complete is more important than ever. Please remind your clients that they must complete the pre-cruise Health Questionnaire, Vaccine Attestation, Passage Contract and Risk Acceptance and get their boarding pass and check-in time 72 hours prior to embarkation. The best method for doing this is downloading the Navigator App. It is the essential tool for embarkation updates, onboard experiences and shore excursions. Platinum Cancellation Protection Program Not Available to NY Residents. As of June 29, 2021, our Platinum Cancellation Protection Program can no longer be offered to New York state residents. Any of your clients who have fully paid for the Platinum Plan on their booking on or before June 29, 2021, will be able to keep the insurance regardless of their cruise date. Holland America Line’s Standard Cancellation Protection Plan is still available for purchase in New York State.
